This Privacy Policy explains how Nexi ("Nexi," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information when you access or use the Nexi mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").

I. Information We Collect

Account Information: Nexi collects the information you provide when you register for or log in to your account, including your name, date of birth, gender, email address, phone number, and location.

Device Information: Device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, and connection data to ensure platform security, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve performance.

Photo Gallery / Album: With your permission, Nexi accesses your device photos solely to allow you to upload profile avatars and room covers.

Virtual Currency & Purchases: When purchasing coins, diamonds, or VIP passes via Google Play, transaction records are processed securely. Nexi never stores complete payment card credentials.

Voice & Audio: Live voice audio is streamed in real-time so participants can hear you; Nexi does not record or store public room audio streams.

II. How We Use and Share Your Data

Nexi uses your personal information to provide, maintain, and optimize the Services, verify user identity, process virtual rewards, provide customer support, and detect abuse.

Nexi does NOT sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

III. Data Protection Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, export, or delete your personal data. You may request account deletion at any time directly through the app or by writing to privacy@nexionline.com.

IV. Child Safety Standards

NEXI enforces zero tolerance against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We do not knowingly collect information from children under the legal age of majority.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nexi mobile application and related services operated by Nexi ("Nexi," "we," "our," or "us").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Services.

2. Community Conduct & Shared Spaces

Voice rooms, live chat, and profile feeds are shared spaces. You agree not to harass, threaten, impersonate others, promote unlawful acts, or broadcast hate speech. Room owners and our moderation team reserve the right to mute, remove, or block violators.

3. Virtual Currency, Coins & 3D Gifts

Coins, diamonds, VIP memberships, and virtual gifts are a limited, non-transferable license to access digital items within the app. Virtual Currency has no cash value outside the Services and is non-refundable once expended on virtual gifts or games.

4. Hosts, Agencies & Creator Programs

Creators and agencies may earn compensation under specific talent partnership policies subject to strict anti-fraud verification and compliance with local regulations.

5. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Violations of community rules may lead to immediate suspension or permanent bans.
